Suburban designed and manufactures a self-contained oiling system capable of lubricating the various ordinance elevators located aboard all aircraft carriers and other support ships for the United States Navy.Our engineers worked with the Navy to develop a LubeMinder® based on their specific needs, expectations, and requirements.
The Carl Vincent was the first carrier to be refitted with the new system, in 2002. Now all carriers and support ships, as their refit schedules come up, will be fitted with our new automatic lubrication systems.
Today, Suburban's engineers are again working with the United States Navy to develop a customized greasing system.

Special brushes allow the oil to pass directly through the custom brushes on to the chains or spockets when the machine is running. This allows the oil to penetrate the critical pins and bushing when they are warm and operating. This unique design encourages safe, effective, and neat application of oil.
