The Lube Minder® pump is an automatic oiler. Lube Minder® Kits are complete systems designed to oil chains and sprockets automatically.
What triggers the Lube Minder® System?
We tap into the hydraulic signal. On a round baler it is when the tailgate cycles. The hydraulic pressure pushes the piston inside the pump up, which dispenses oil to the brushes.
What do you have to do to operate the oiler?
All you have to do is use your baler. Your chains will be oiled when they are warm and moving. You put clean oil in the reservoir and the Lube Minder® does all the work.
