In this first episode of the Suburban Scoop Podcast, we talk with Jack, our Supply Chain Manager, and Cara, our Sewing Supervisor, about their experiences at our annual Mingle and Jingle event.

Mingle and Jingle is a December event at Suburban Manufacturing Group where different departments share what they worked on throughout the year and what they’re planning for the year ahead. It gives team members a chance to learn more about parts of the business they may not normally see.

Jack presented at Mingle and Jingle for the first time this year, while Cara presented last year and attended this year’s event. We asked both of them to share what the experience was like from their perspective, what stood out to them, and what they enjoyed most about the event.
